for Drop-In Appointments
Please use the last five minutes of your drop-in conference to complete the following form. You may review your comments with the learner, but this isn't mandatory. This is not a consumer satisfaction survey. Please include specific information as it will benefit you, the learner, and other members of the Writing Center. Avoid vague observations such as "we worked on grammar." Specifics such as "irregular verbs" or "subject-verb agreement" are more helpful. Completed report forms are provided in the Writing Center for your reference as well as for our records. Thank You!
